Item posted in Leeds to deliver to an address in Leeds. Took 9 days to deliver. Appalling. Could have crawled there and back faster. Also sent an item Parcelforce 48 on Wednesday. It's now Monday and still not showing as delivered. They don't mind taking your money but fail to deliver the service you pay for.
