Good day my item RU757345334GB was processed at office MPC PMIH (KLIA) on the 9 June 2020. Please can you advise when it will be forwarded on to its final destination Seychelles. It was sent with Royal Mail from the UK but was misdirected to Malaysia and is currently still there. Can we please arrange to have the item sent back to UK or to Seychelles. We have emailed and sent in the investigation form but have not heard back. This is unacceptable.Thank you Kindly Tamara
