How Royal mail get away with calling themselves Royal i don't know. Their tracking app is garbage. Their service is garbage. By the time you've ticked all the fire hydrants, crossings, buses, traffic lights etc and get through to the tracking it then says we can't provide tracking until we've attempted delivery! Whats the point of that? Parcels quite often not getting delivered then when I rearrange delivery it turns up a day late. Whenever I order something online and I see royal 🥳 mail are the courier I fear the worst. I have now installed a box with a padlock and a notice saying if no answer put in box and secure with padlock. They can't even do that and even when they do they don't lock the box. Terrible Terrible service.
