Had honestly enough of this place shirking their responsibilities with the excuse of corona epidemic. They were poor at their duties before but now this takes the cake. My specific issue is with the Great Malvern Barnards Green branch where Drop & Go business items simply linger there for days without being sorted and dispatched and when you HAVE TO go there in person and ask about them - they just flail and that's that, no apology, no excuses. Just a thousand yard stere, can't be bothered to even go in the back and check. I can't trust a service like this and from now on I will be considering couriers. This is the final straw, I'm not taking any more losses thanks to incompetence. This is nonsense and it is abhorrent to know that this is how things are run.
