Genuinely are the worse delivery service I have ever encountered. Anything sent to me by royal mail ends up at the delivery office. They often don't leave a card but require one to be produced to allow you to collect your parcels. The local deliver office is currently open 4 weekdays a week between the hours of 7am -9am which means if you work you have zero chance if actually getting the parcel.
