Impossible when you hand make lots of items and buy materials in bulk. 4, If you cannot supply the above information you only get your postage cost back. 5, If you decide to make an official complaint, you get a generic reply that has nothing to do with your specific complaint and it basically tell you to get lost and that no, you cannot escalate higher.
