Increasingly the 48 hour service is 4 to 8 days more like it, even dare I say it HERMES and YODEL have even beet them for all the deliveries I get I can no longer rely on the ROYAL Mail. COVID used as an excuse, but funny the other delivery companies appear to be stepping up to the challenge.
3 days after the due date no update on the web site and doesn't even show in transit yet, useless system. No wonder everybody doesn't stay loyal if this is the rubbish service we are getting.
