They have stolen my power bank from my parcel(bcs its dangerous :)) )) and... They could send it back to me, so I could resend my parcel properly, but they just took my item and my money.(Lost 40 pound with no refund available).
I don't know what to say. Have fun with my power bank and money ;) 0 of 5 stars. Never use "ROyal" mail, NEVER
