Useless now
Waiting on a important parcel today that was due,
Waiting in especially
Then I get a email saying they weren’t delivering it today
Will be redelivered next working day, ok annoying......
Then a few hours later
I get another email saying sorry we missed you please collect or select another date for redelivery when they’ve not even tried to deliver, Tuesday is the first available day and my new service is on Wednesday
So annoyed and irritated by them
They did similar last month
Saying I missed a parcel dud a redelivery only fir it not to show up
And has to complain and search were the parcel was
Yes still waiting to be collected or redelivered
Unbelievably bad standards now
