There is a reason behind all these delays! It’s called Covid 19. That’s the excuse for every company nowadays. Really??????¿ Hey! But still you have to pay them the full amount for their services, no matter that they will never deliver it on the promised date! Remember???—COVID-19 They use less people in their business and they deliver your parcel whenever they want. Less staff-same amount of work-double profit. Absolutely useless. If I could choose 0 stars I would. It’s been months now that I have never received a parcel on time and I have still paid the full amount for the required postage option.
