It was horrible I’ve sent a parcel from UK to Egypt they told it would take two weeks maximum I waited for 16 days not delivered yet I checked the statue of track in transite for more than 10 days I called them many times they said they’ve got nothing to help me with and they don’t know where is it and I cannot complain now just after 25 days and if I did so it would take other 14 days to receive my complain. I’m not happy I’ve sent expensive stuff and I don’t know where is them now and no one knows even them.
