I had to click on one star as there was no option for Zero
Sent an expensive birthday present to my Grandson and it didn't arrive. I paid to send it tracked. The tracker says it was delivered on the correct day and gave a time and a squiggle for a signature. the signature is not recognised. The house has high definition CCTV and there was no Royal Mail delivery at all on that day.
Impossible to speak to anyone on their contact number and the website gives various options to select for a complaint and finishes up back at page 1 where I started without registering any complaint.
A terrible company with no human voice to speak to or assist. This looks like theft by whoever was supposed to deliver it and forged a signature.
