I have just called the rspca about a dog that has been barking and has clearly bee stuck in the same place for hours and they want to do nothing. They said they can not record a noise complaint!! I wasn't complaining about the noise just the welfare of the poor dog. The man I spoke to was quiet rude and didn't seem to care at all. Iv spoken to people who have had similar experience and I completely get what they were telling me now. He didn't listen to what I was saying and could only focus on the barking, what's the point in reporting when you get a obstructive person who is clearly unable to use their own common sense. Poor animals.
