Please do waste your time contacting them. Save yourself the anger, stress, frustration and heartbreak of ringing them multiple times about your issue. They do not care in the slightest. They won’t contact you or give updates on your case and they leave you in limbo even though the animal is being neglected. They can’t tell you anything due to data protection and you and the animal will be no better off by contacting them. My family and I will never support them again.
