I have requested their expertise and voiced worries about some ponies near my home, twice. They are neglected, there’s no doubt, but they want you to put yourself in the firing line, getting info which I felt I’d got enough to at least get them here. I’m not doing their job for them. I know they’re stretched but come on. They even had the gaul after I said how upsetting it the situation was getting, to say they couldn’t supply an investigator, even when I said yet again the situation was getting worse….they asked me to tell them, still they do nothing. They need their Royal status removing. I know all animal charities are in a real mess right now, oh and haven’t this lot reminded me. But no one reports something that’s a waste of time. These horses will no doubt benefit from a visit from them, at least just to say “ we’re keeping an eye on you you’re on our radar”. I’m in despair now, no idea we’re to go next.
