Four times I have reported what I believe is neglect by my neighbour a small time farmer here in Neville NSW. His working dogs are caged or on chained 90%of their lives. No bedding. Owner states they are working dogs. Can be days or a week or longer banged up in their cage. The open cage faces East so they get the full brunt of the weather and heat of summer. When confronted the owner shrugged their shoulders. They know the RSPCA are useless . Australia is a shameful country on its treatment of animals. These owners know full well nothing can be done with them . Thank you RSPCA for nothing and your lies about inspectors and not being able to report the outcome due to privatsy laws. Rubbish.
