Seems like RSPCA is more a money making business than helping the animals. A lady I know rang rspca about a very skinny undernourished neighbours dog whom was being neglected and very poorly treated (rang about 10 times over a period of weeks and yet rspca did nothing. She had to call the police to go and rescue the dog. Please if rspca choose to do nothing call the police until something is done . It’s only that the police were called did rspca then decide to do something. Disgusting!! Yet you make out an animals welfare is Important. Clearly they are not about an animals welfare and they need to be exposed! P.s the photo shows the neglect of a dog which rspca failed to act on when called several times
