1 star is too much really. I really can’t believe the hassle it is to get the RSPCA to help and do something about a cat that is being neglected and more or less abandoned. This cat can spend weeks on its own and if it wasn’t for some kind people who feed and water it, it would starve to death. They don’t care because they don’t have to see it every day. They contact the owner by phone and then the owner lies to them and says she is there when she isn’t. As soon as I see the advert on the tv I switch it off it’s a pack of lies the things they say they do. They do nothing. How many animals have to suffer before they do something. You can’t even speak to someone higher up to raise your concerns. What a joke of a charity. I am more clued up than the inspectors if they think this cat is ok. The RSPCA do not act quick as it been nearly a year for this case and it’s still ongoing.
