Contacted the rspca today to help cover the cost of neutering of a stray cat I have trapped with her kittens. Told to contact my nearest rspca which I had done and they told me they can’t help contact the main rspca. Only to be told again contact my local branch, explained already done this and the person I was speaking to online just kept repeating the same thing!!! Phoning the rspca is a joke gives 10 mins of useless advise and then ends the call. Unbelievable that as a major charity you are completely useless, my monthly donation is cancelled!!! At least I will help the cat and kittens!
