Phoned up the RSPCA about 3 cats that have been neglected and flees and mites yet when we phoned to get help they was not really that helpful and basically they ld us to take the cats to a vets yet I give to this charity and if there not going to help then I will never give to this charity again as they didn't seem that bothered they wanted me to have all the details of someone else's cat and because I cud not give all the information they basically told me to find it out and ring back I know where they live but as for knowing there post code and the rest of the details that I don't know all I do know is 3 cats are been neglected and yet no help it's 75 degrees outside and they don't even have water in there bowls or food please help or I start to give to a charity that actually does help. You can actually see there rib cage and they are well under fed
