People had to beg the RSPCA in Cornwall to come out after several calls was made over several days from different people about having a huge concern about 3 little dogs. Two very small dogs have been kept inside a cat carrier without food and water for more than two days and just left in this heat. The third little dog tied up with a rope no longer than 30cm. Eventually after pleading with them they came out. We were disgusted with the RSPCA officer after he had a laugh with the abusers and even shook their hand!! Nothing was done about it! Maybe the officer was too scared to remove the dogs because they are a group of travellers but his excuse was that the dogs looked fine to him. The animal abusers saw the RSPCA and quickly gave the dogs water and now suddenly all is good!!???? Today the abuse continues and it will continue to their sad last breaths. Again the 2 little ones are back in their prison cell and the third dog tied to a short 30cm rope. The RSPCA SIMPLY DOESN'T CARE!!!! PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT DONATE OR SUPPORT THEM AT ALL. THEY ONLY WANT CHARITY THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANIMALS AT ALL.
