I actually gave a nort rating on their survey at the end of my phone call I made to them which ended in the rude uncaring male call handler hanging up on me! ,only left a one rating on here to be able to leave a review.The operative they had answering the so call emergency and neglect line should be sacked.I tried to explain the animal welfare issue and he spoke over me throughout the conversation,could tell he just wanted to get off the phone,he kept saying "you don't,t know the animal is suffering " even though I tried to explain my concerns.He said they can't do anything and told me to ring the police, obviously just passing the book.I knew the police wouldn,t do anything either and I said they would state it's an R.S.P.C.A issue.The male representative just was not interested,I was not abusive but did inform him I found his attitude very uncaring and that I could tell he just wanted to get off the phone.He hung on me- Proving my point to be true.I sent donations to the R.S.P.C.A over the years and recently but this person really left me with a bad impression of the R.S.P.C.A. I'm not surprised Chris packham resigned from being associated with them.That rude,bad attitude,uncaring member of staff I spoke to today has shown me they simply do not care for animals.I hope that phone call was recorded,it will show how I was treated.
