Rescued a wild animal. Took all my details to be told afterwards that they had no intention of contacting me to advise how the animal was. Said I could call them the next day. Called the next day to be told that information was incorrect and they “don’t have the resources” to let me know if it’s ok. What resourses? Took her longer to tell me that my “feedback” (it wasn’t feedback) would be passed on to the poor person who told me to call. Had to ask for the poor service (actually it was NO service) feedback to be given to a manager. Why do you need my details? What for if you aren’t going to keep me informed? Next animal I take there (hopefully I won’t have to) I will be leaving with no details provided and walking out. This is one of the reasons I do not donate to this place. What a sham.
