Called RSPCA Wacol this morning and so far have been on hold listening to their recorded message on repeat (“continue holding for the next available operator”) while waiting for someone to answer their phones. It has now been 1 hour and 29 minutes and I'm still on hold. RSPCA have you reduced staff to make more money for the business?
