I've just bought an Orient Bambino gen 2 watch from them. Great price. The order process was a bit nerve wrecking since I immediately got an email saying my billing & shipping addresses didn't match, when a screen shot showed they clearly did. When the order was shipped, the tracking reference wasn't recognised by Royal Mail. After a lengthy wait, I emailed Creation, who investigated but couldn't help. Luckily the watch arrived. I'm not sure whose fault it was - I suspect Royal Mail. Creation Watches were helpful and the price was great. Apart from the minor sanfu's above, the service was fine. The watch was as described, arrived in a nice bag, and looks great. It keeps time within the manufacturers limits (checked daily against the Royal Observatory website), and was in perfect condition. I would happily buy from this company again, but I'd like them to check the shipping references more carefully to increase customer piece of mind. I'd also happily recommend them to friends.
