I ordered a watch from Creation watches, which arrived nice and fast. When I opened the outer packaging I noticed that it was not in a Seiko box. When I ordered the watch I did select to receive one and I thought I'd payed for one, later I found out that I hadn't. Something somewhere had gone wrong. I have found the service to be very poor. I've said I'd be happy to pay for a Seiko box, so I can't see the problem. The response I keep getting is that I've not paid for one.
