I ordered the Orient Star Retrograde on 31st August and the watch was dispatched via DHL Express on 1st September. The efficiency of Creation Watches is thus excellent. IThis is my second order with this company and the positive experience that time is confirmed. Satisfaction with the total process (ordering (Creation Watches plus shipping (DHL)) is obviously important. My previous order was expedited (Singapore to Norway) by DHL Express in four days. This time, five days. Overall the process is very satisfactory. It is also positive that the shipping costs are included in the price of the watch - considering the price then this gives Creation Watches an edge over some of the competition which require payment for shipping. The price of this watch is very competitive too. The watch itself was delivered in a high quality Orient Star presentation box securely packed in an outer box. The watch had the makers labels attached and was factory protected by plastic. As to the watches´function appearance etc I refer to this excellent review video posted on Youtube. Incidentally, the watch demonstrated in that video was also acquired from Creation Watches. I will be coming back to Creation Watches.
