I bought a Citizen watch for 65€. The quality is very poor, I wouldn't have paid more than 10 euros if I saw it before buying. In addition, it was written dow the item that it was sent in the original watch box and I received it in a bag. I contacted the customer service, which answers fast but doesn't want to resend the box or give a partial refund. I am so disappointed with this website and would not recommand it to anyone. Le vendeur dit envoyer la montre dans sa boite, or je l'ai reçue dans une pochette. J'ai contacté le service client qui est réactif mais pas coopératif : ils ne veulent ni renvoyer une boîte, ni rembourser partiellement l'article. Je ne recommande ce site à personne, très déçue (c'était sensé être un cadeau de noël, raté !).
