This does not solve the problem. The problem is YOU SENT THE WRONG BOX ALREADY. I PAID TAX AND FEES ON A BOX I DID NOT ORDER. I don't care about the future, or the new box any more. I wont bother buying from you any more if this is how you treat people when you get something wrong! Do I have to take legal action against you to claim the money I wasted back? I am not asking you to do something impossible, you just need to take responsibility for YOUR ERROR.
Let me tell you that I have not received the new box, or the box for the Citizen watch I bought either.
So to make it very clear:
1. I bought two watches a Citizen and an Orient each with a box.
2. I received a Seiko box.
3. I had to pay tax on the Seiko box I did not order.
4. I received the Citizen watch and the Orient watch, and paid tax, no problem.
5. I have not (yet) received either a Citizen box or an Orient box, big problem.
6. I have contacted you Sally and Vanya many times and neither of you want to sort this out properly.
7. you continue to make excuses and try to frustrate me enough to give up, I WONT.
8. You can resolve this by refunding £40GBP.
9. Your next response needs to be "yes we will refund you"
10. If not I will not buy any more watches from you and I will happily tell everyone who will listen not to do so either.
