So, long story short:
I make an order, wait a week and after they send me an email saying that the order was cancelled by mistake.
I make again the same order (a watch complete of box and an extra box for an old watch I have). Wait another week, pay 36euro taxes (on a 77euro total bill) to find out the EXTRA box was not there. I contact the helpdesk and they claim it's all as supposed a watch, 1 box and be happy. Now, I have the order specifications and the webpage where I bought the thing that CLEARLY state I should have 2 boxes and 1 watch, but they sent 1 box and 1 watch.
I have managed helpdesks and call centers for years and am speechless for this one. 0 stars
