I bought an rtic 45qt cooler from the dealer I bought my truck from, and since day one it would not keep I've for more than 2 days even after doing the proper prep, when I contacted them about getting it warranted they said they only warranty if bought from their website, so their product is so bad they won't warranty it even if you have a receipt, you can go to Walmart and buy a lifetime cooler for a fraction of the cost that will keep ice for a week, I cannot recommend ever buying an rtic product.
