I purchased a product from RTIC and I encountered and issue. Customer service agent I communicated over email was not willing to work with me to solve the issue and kept responding with their boiler plate responses. I asked to elevate to their supervisor and didn’t get a response. I haven’t used the product yet, but due to their terrible customer service I will not buy from this company again. These customer service agents are the ‘face of the company’ and in this case they certainly have not been trained to ‘service’. I researched the company and it was bought by an investment partners in 2020. That explains the lack of customer service. I am sure when the original owners created the company they were successful because 1. They had a good product. 2. They had good customer service. Everything else written about the lack of customer service in other reviews are true! I wish I read them before I ordered the products and referred a family member. Between NEXT ADVENTURE and REI I will continue to have an excellent product and excellent customer service that I am accustomed to.
