Usually we love their products... so i ordered several of their newer dishwasher safe ceramic lined 16oz bottles for my son for school, they started chipping 3-4 months after purchasing and it's only been used and washed a few times because we alternate between the 4 we bought, I went to file a warranty and of course the warranty was already expired...
