I'm not sure if it was a mistake on the companys end or the way it was shipped, but our order didn't have the nuts or bolts needed to mount the bars. It was shipped FEDEX and the box was destroyed. It's possible the items fell out and this is a FEDEX issue. Nevertheless, we are having a hard time finding someone with the right bolts and we still haven't intalled them.
