I immediately rang rugstore & spoke to a delightfull lady by the name of Alison, who just calmly told me there was no problem & promptly ordered me the rug in the right colour. Later that week Alison rang me to say that my exchange rug had arrived and when would I like it delivered, we agreed a date & that was that.
