We've used Rugstore twice recently and think their customer service is excellent. We viewed their website, liked the designs but wanted to see the quality of the product, so visited the store. There was a huge selection to choose from, lovely designs, great quality. The staff were extremely helpful, allowing us to try in our own home before buying. Delivery was quick, kept up to date with emails etc. Exceptional service.
