It was a shame that the prominent retailer let this one go. We viewed the rug then returned home to double check measurements, then phoned to place an order that we had been informed would be delivered in 7-10 days. The Assistant was unavailable (why someone else couldn't take the order I don't know?) but would phone back. Whilst we waited we checked the net and found the same rug around 14% cheaper at Rugstore. We phoned to clarify a couple of points which where answered immediately and told it would be delivered in two working days. We waited for the retailer to call for over an hour, then ordered on-line from the Rugstore. Within minutes the retailer called; his response? 'Oh okay then.' This was Saturday, the rug arrived via UK mail around midday Tuesday. Now that's how to run a business.
