I ordered two carpet runners from the Rug Store, I have to say that from the moment I placed the order I was kept in the loop as to what was happening which made me feel as if I had been a customer with them for a long time. The carpets arrived and I was delighted with the quality, it was excellent so much so I have emailed my family & friends with the site information.
I will certainly be returning to them again soon, as I need a shaggy rug for my lounge.
