Delivery was when stated. Unfortunately the rug had been cut wrong and the sides sloped. I contacted the store and was immediately offered a refund with an apology. I asked for a replacement as I really liked the colours and pattern. The seller was concerned that the next one could be the same if it was a bad batch. I still wanted to risk it so my new order was sent to them to be checked first. I received a call to say that the new one also was not right so I was being refunded and they were very apologetic. Although I didn't get my rug I was really pleased with the level of customer service I was given and will not hesitate to use this company again. Well done Rugstore!
