My rug had to be imported and consequently there was quite a wait for delivery. However, this was made very clear to me from the outset and my order actually arrived slightly sooner than I had anticipated. I am delighted with the rug. Both customer service and communication offered to me by Rugstore NE was superb. I would not hesitate to order again and/or recommend.
