Great product and amazing service! We placed our order in the evening and the very next morning we received a personal phone call to apologise that our choice wasn't in stock. Offered a full instant refund or the option to wait a few weeks (given an exact week when the stock would arrive) which we decided to do. The guy on the phone was polite and really helpful and offered us also free underlay thrown in to make up for the delay. A few days before delivery we got an email to notify is and on the delivery day we were given a one hour window which was really useful. The rug is beautiful, great quality and the price was fantastic, we are really pleased and the free underlay is much appreciated. The whole experience was brilliant and we will definitely be using this company again!
