i had ordered two carpets one oblong and one round with a non slip underlay for the round one which was of course oblong in shape and slightly smaller than the carpet, thinking that it would be fine for what i wanted, i received a phone call asking if the underlay was for the round carpet to which i said yes, and was informed that the size would not be suitable and that they would just cut one to suit the round carpet at no extra cost to me, it's this sort of service to customers that will always get a good recommendation and return sales from me. I look forward to getting new rugs for other rooms in my house, thank you for the great service.
