Unfortunately our internet connection was very poor, non-existent to be exact due to the flooding caused by heavy rain fall. So I phoned to ask if the rug I wanted was in stock and could I place the order over the phone. Nothing was too much trouble as they processed payment over the phone and kept me updated by email which was not systems generated but personally by the gentleman with whom I had spoken. The rug arrived on the date specified, well wrapped and packaged. The rug itself is excellent and has surpassed expectations. Thank you for taking the time to read my review. Regards NB
