WHEN I INITIALLY PLACED THE ORDER FOR MY RUG IT WAS NOT IN STOCK AND I WAS INFORMED THAT DUE TO UNCERTAINTY AS TO HOW LONG IT WOULD BE BEFORE IT WAS BACK IN STOCK THE ORDER WOULD BE CANCELLED. VERY SHORTLY AFTER THE RUGSTORE CALLED ME TO SAY THEY HAD BEEN INFORMED THAT IT WOULD BE IN STOCK ON THE FRIDAY IF I STILL WANTED TO ORDER IT. BY TUESDAY I WAS THE PROUD OWNER OF THE RUG.
THE STAFF MEMBERS WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.
I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE RUG TOO SO I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
