The rug arrived very promptly and customer service was great, kept me updated and sent me a tracking number. The price was very good, and the rug is nice, but I was expecting the colours to be more vivid based on the pictures on the website, but they are slightly grey-ish. The finishing touches on the sides of the rug are not that great, although it's not that visible. I do think however that it's good value for money.
