Never used this company before and as with any online purchase, there is a bit of trepidation when you place an order for something only viewed in a photograph. However, the delivery was very quick and efficient (UKMail). The rug I purchased was not a very expensive one, but I am very pleased with it. Looks good and more importantly, vacuums very easily (quite a deep pile and can be hard work, whatever type of vacuum you have). So all in all, very pleased with all aspects of my experience with Rugstore NE.
