After much searching around different sites on the internet we found just the rug we wanted at RugStore NE at a much reduced price. We placed the order and were pleased we could use Paypal to make life easier! They advised us by e mail that they had our order and what would happen and kept us abreast of the situation then e mailed when it was on the way. The chap that delivered it was pleasant and helpful and all in all I would give RugStore NE 10 out of 10 and would thoroughly recommend them to everyone. Our rug is perfect, we are really happy with it and it was lovely having such all round customer service!! We will definitely be using them in the future!
