Very helpful courteous staff when we phoned. Our first choice had run out and we were offered an alternative at reduced price to match what we had wanted - we found it was much better when it arrived and were delighted with it and the other rug we ordered. Delivery was amazing - less than 24 hours after ordering it. Excellent value and excellent service.
