We bought our two rugs from Rugstore NE Sunderland. We are very happy with the service and customer care we received. The rugs are fabulous, well priced and a good likeness to what's shown on the website. The only thing we didn't find great was that it was an all day delivery. Even though we could 'follow' the delivery on line it didn't give us hourly updates. However, overall we are very happy and would use the Rugstore NE again. Thanks.
