The rug arrived only yesterday so hopefully I won't have any problems in the future but so far I am very happy with the rug and the service. Before I ordered the rug I requested another photo by email so I could be sure it was the colour that I needed. I recieved a prompt response advising me of another website where I coudl see a full overview of the rug. It was delivered to Ireland quickly and the rug is exactly how I expected it. The quality looks very good. Many Thanks to all.
